LIFE Natura Themis is extensively presented in the annual 2018 Calendar printed by the Heraklion Bar Association (HB). It includes some of the most interesting results of the up to date actions of the project.

The Natural History Museum of Crete in collaboration with the Hellenic Mountaineering Association celebrated the World Mountain Day on December 11, 2017.

The UoC Project Coordinator participated at the Anniversary Conference on “Crete in the 21^st Century: Problems, Challenges and Perspectives in Society, Economy, Policy and Health”, which was organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UoC, in Rethymno, on December 1-2, 2017.

The Ministry of Environment and Energy - Coordination Office for the Implementation of Environmental Liability organized two (2) Training Seminars for lawyers in Chania and Heraklion, on November 29 and November 30, respectively.

On Monday October 16, 2017 the project was presented to 45 members and friend of the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature (HSPN). The event took place at the premises of the Society in 20, Nikis Str., Athens.

On Friday 29th of October 2017, in the full conference room of the Chamber of Commerce in Chania, took place a conference coorganized by the Chania Bar Association and the Technical University of Crete, on the topic "Public notification of forest maps and legal protection of the citizens".

The Greek GREEN FUND with its Decision No. 121.5/2017 co-finances the LIFE14 GIE/GR/000026 – LIFE Natura Themis project with the amount of € 37,000.
