Abstract: 

During the implementation of RHS method we found that an amendment could bring more appropriate results towards the direction of the protection of aquatic flora and fauna. The recording of the characteristics of biotic elements should be implemented at a more widespread sampling level and it could be institutionalized through a legal framework.
