During an informative meeting on Tuesday, 14, February 2017, the lawyers from the Regional Unit of Chania had the opportunity to become acquainted with postgraduate programs in Environmental Law offered by different Educational Institutions in Greece and abroad.  

The open briefing was organized by the Environmental Law Observatory of West Crete and focused on the possibility of acquiring a postgraduate diploma by distance learning, and in parallel with their professional obligations.

More than 20 lawyers of Chania participated in this event and discussed with the lecturers about their personal experiences regarding their professional involvement with Environmental Law. At the same time, lawyers and lectures were both informed about the ELO, its operation and the objectives of the “LIFE Natura Themis” project.
