The World Environment Day was celebrated all around Crete. An event open to the public was co-organized by the University of Crete - Natural History Museum of Crete (LIFE Natura Themis), the Municipality of Rethymnon and ARCHELON the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece on Tuesday 5 June 2018.

The Project Coordinator Dr. Michalis Probonas was interviewed by the journalist Sotia Pentedimou on SKAI Crete 92.1. They discussed about the open event for the World Environment Day.
